Manufactured Housing
Our manufactured housing portfolio encompasses 20 communities across three states, totaling over 3,000 sites. Since 2018, we have focused on providing quality, affordable housing, maintaining high occupancy and stable cash flow through strategic asset management.
Since 2013, our self-storage portfolio has grown to 41 properties across 11 states, totaling 2.9 million square feet. Our assets benefit from low operating costs, frequent rent mark-to-market opportunities, and a stable tenant base, driving NOI growth across a mix of value-add and stabilized properties.
Our GSA portfolio includes six properties across five states. At its peak, SRE was one of the largest private landlords to the U.S. Government, managing 26 properties across 14 states, totaling over 2.5 million square feet. We specialize in long-term leases, providing stable income and economic resilience.
