Adam Chesnoff
Saban Real Estate
Adam Chesnoff serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Saban Capital Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s investments in real estate, private equity, venture capital, and public markets. In addition, all corporate units report into him including legal, finance, tax, and human resources.
Mr. Chesnoff Is Chairman of Saban Real Estate, a large institutional US real estate platform, and a member of the Board of Saban Films and is Chairman of the Board of Celestial Tiger Entertainment. His previous board roles include Univision Communications, Partner Communications, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, and Bezeq.
Before joining Saban Capital Group, Mr. Chesnoff worked at Fox Family Worldwide, where he oversaw global business development, and at Sony Pictures Entertainment, focusing on strategic planning and new business development.
Mr. Chesnoff holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Scott Anderson
Chief Operating Officer

Scott Anderson
Scott Anderson is Chief Operating Officer of Saban Real Estate, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s investment strategy and the management of its real estate holdings. Mr. Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with expertise in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining Saban Real Estate, Mr. Anderson was Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at American Realty Advisors, where he led asset and portfolio management for the firm’s national multifamily and mixed-use real estate business. He has also held senior positions at TIAA-CREF Global Real Estate, Fannie Mae, and KPMG. In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Anderson serves on the Executive Committee of Linc Housing and previously served as a Board Member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
Mr. Anderson holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
Michael Cogan
Senior Director, Acquisitions

Michael Cogan
Michael Cogan is Senior Director of Acquisitions at Saban Real Estate. In this role, Mr. Cogan is responsible for developing and executing investment and management strategies to maximize the value of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Saban, Mr. Cogan held positions in real estate private equity at Benedict Canyon Equities and Rockwood Capital, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for multi-family, office, and retail properties. He also has experience in acquisitions for Healthpeak Properties, a public REIT investing in healthcare properties in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Cogan began his career in Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Cogan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Real Estate and Healthcare Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Cogan is a board member emeritus of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
Ben Elsen

Ben Elsen
Asset Management
Ben Elsen is Director of Asset Management at Saban Real Estate. In this capacity, Mr. Elsen is responsible for implementing and overseeing strategies to optimize the value of Saban Real Estate’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Saban, Mr. Elsen served as Asset Manager at Sabal Financial Group, a firm focused on commercial real estate investment. His previous experience includes working as a Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst at Fifth Third Bank.
Mr. Elsen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
Dan Goldstone
Managing Director, Asset Management

Dan Goldstone
Dan Goldstone is Managing Director at Saban Real Estate, and a founding member of the real estate team since its inception. In this role, Mr. Goldstone is responsible for leading asset management and overseeing the operations and performance of the company’s real estate holdings, including refinancings, redevelopments, and dispositions. He is a key member of the executive leadership team and serves on the investment committee, where he contributes to the strategic direction, execution, and investment decisions for the portfolio.
Prior to joining Saban Real Estate, Mr. Goldstone was Operations and Asset Manager at CityView, a leading developer of workforce housing in the United States, with a focus on urban redevelopment in Los Angeles and Western markets. He began his career in the Real Estate Practice at Ernst & Young, working on large public transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, compliance, and audits.
Mr. Goldstone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Camille Hawley
Sr. Analyst

Camille Hawley
Camille Hawley is Senior Analyst at Saban Real Estate, supporting Capital Markets and Acquisitions. In this role, she conducts market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence in the evaluation of investment opportunities.
Ms. Hawley’s previous experience includes her role as Senior Analyst at MetLife Investment Management and as an Investment Analyst at Kairos Investment Management’s debt and equity team.
Ms. Hawley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a member of both the Pride Network and the Women’s Network at the CRE Finance Council.
Eric Kim
Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets

Eric Kim
Eric Kim serves as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets at Saban Real Estate, LLC where he is responsible for expanding the firm’s equity and debt partnerships, as well as playing a key role in the management of the company fund businesses and investor relations.
Prior to joining Saban, Eric was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Haven Realty Capital, an institutional Build-to-Rent, SFR and multifamily operator where he originated and structured joint venture partnerships of over $1 billion in asset value. Prior to joining Haven Realty Capital, Eric was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for SFR investment management and data analytics platforms RealtyAlgo and InvestReal. Previously, he was Chief Development Officer and Head of Capital Markets at True Investments and TrueLane Homes, a family office SFR operator with 1,200 SFR assets across 13 markets.
Eric also spent nearly a decade in the New York Investment Banking houses of Zelman & Associates, Keefe Bruyette and Woods, Lehman Brothers and UBS Investment Bank. During his investment banking career, he advised and executed more than $45 billion of real estate and housing transactions including public equity and debt offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, and restructurings. He began his career as an assistant portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office of BlackRock & Merrill Lynch Investment Managers’ joint venture.
Eric holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Cornell University and a BA in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Amy Mucha

Amy Mucha
Amy Mucha is Senior Vice President of Accounting at Saban Real Estate, where she oversees accounting and financial reporting across all real estate verticals.
Prior to joining Saban, Ms. Mucha was Vice President of Accounting at AIG, managing corporate accounting and financial reporting for the affordable housing business unit. She also served as Accounting Manager at Fidelity National Financial.
Ms. Mucha holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
David Riley
Regional Sales Manager, Manufactured Housing

David Riley
David Riley serves as Regional Sales Manager, Manufactured Housing at Saban Real Estate. Based in Kansas, Mr. Riley is responsible for overseeing sales operations, optimizing occupancy rates, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive portfolio growth and performance within the manufactured housing division.
Mr. Riley brings over 20 years of experience in sales management and operations across multiple industries, with a specialized focus in multi-unit management and manufactured housing. Prior to joining Saban Real Estate, he served as Regional Sales Manager at Windward Communities, where he significantly increased sales while successfully reducing maintenance expenses. He has also held leadership positions at Impact Communities and RHP Properties, where he concentrated on enhancing profitability, streamlining operational processes, and improving team performance.
Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Matt Scheid
Vice President, FP&A & Accounting

Matt Scheid
Matt Scheid is Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting at Saban Real Estate. In this role, Mr. Scheid leads financial planning, investor relations, and financial reporting for Saban’s real estate portfolio. He collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies aimed at optimizing business results and enhancing operational efficiency.
Mr. Scheid’s extensive experience in real estate finance includes positions at KB Home, JLL, and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
Mr. Scheid holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Yaniv Schwartz

Yaniv Schwartz
Yaniv Schwartz is Senior Associate at Saban Real Estate where he is responsible for working alongside both the asset management and acquisition teams to develop strategies to maximize the value of its portfolio.
Mr. Schwartz previously held various positions in the real estate and finance industries at Blue Marble Development and Peak Finance Corporation.
Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, Mr. Schwartz served as Sergeant First Class in the IDF from 2010 – 2013.
Niveen Tadros
Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Niveen Tadros
Niveen Tadros is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Saban Capital Group. As a senior member of management, real estate, and private equity teams, Ms. Tadros is responsible for negotiating and structuring transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, and financings.
Ms. Tadros has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic investments across industries such as media, real estate, telecommunications, and technology. Prior to joining Saban, she was an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where she represented public and private clients in global transactions. She previously interned for the Honorable Judge Linda McLaughlin of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago.
Ms. Tadros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
Ken Van Damme

Ken Van Damme
Ken Van Damme is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Saban Capital Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s financial strategy and serves as a strategic partner to Saban Real Estate.
With more than 32 years of tax advisory experience, Mr. Van Damme previously served as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, where he led a team that specialized in serving high-net-worth families with significant real estate and private company investments. His prior experience includes co-founding a successful CPA firm in San Diego, which was subsequently acquired by Ernst & Young.
Mr. Van Damme holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

David L. Winstead, Esq.
Senior Advisor

David L. Winstead, Esq.
David L. Winstead is a Senior Advisor at Saban Real Estate, bringing extensive leadership experience from both the private and public sectors. In this role, Mr. Winstead leverages his expertise in infrastructure projects, real estate transactions, public-private partnerships, and regulatory matters to support the company’s strategic initiatives.
Previously, Mr. Winstead served as U.S. Public Buildings Commissioner under President George W. Bush, overseeing a portfolio of 1,500 federal buildings and 190 million square feet of leased space, accommodating over one million federal workers. His public service also includes his tenure as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation, and he was elected President of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) by his peers.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Winstead held senior roles at prominent Washington, D.C., law firms, focusing on client and business development in real estate, transportation, and construction. He also served as Executive Director of the Washington/Baltimore Regional Association.
Mr. Winstead holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
Marty Caverly

Marty Caverly
Marty Caverly is a Senior Advisor at Saban Real Estate and Executive Vice President at Lowe’s, where he oversees value-add office property acquisition activities and the company’s hospitality-inspired property management services nationally. In this role, he is responsible for targeting properties that can be repositioned through operational and/or physical improvements, as well as overseeing the operations of the company’s office property management subsidiary, Hospitality at Work.
Mr. Caverly brings more than 30 years of U.S. and international real estate investment and management experience. He was previously Chief Investment Officer of Resource Real Estate and President of Resource Real Estate Innovation Office REIT. His earlier roles include CEO of EVOQ Properties, Principal at O’Connor Capital Partners, and senior positions with Security Capital Group in Chicago and Tishman Speyer in London. He also co-founded Centric Telecom and was the Founder and Managing Partner of 2120 Partners, a real estate consulting, advisory, and investment firm.
Mr. Caverly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Philip Han

Philip Han
Philip Han is a Senior Advisor at Saban Real Estate and was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Saban Capital Group. In that role, Mr. Han oversaw the management of a broadly diversified portfolio of investments across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.
Prior to joining Saban Capital Group, Mr. Han served as Vice President of Finance and Business Development for EYM Technologies, a venture-backed email infrastructure and development company. He also worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the entertainment, media, and technology tax consulting group, where he advised clients on strategic financial matters.
Mr. Han holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.
